REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the original and handmade nature of this item, all sales are final.  No returns or exchanges will be given.  I have done my best to capture accurate colors, but they do vary from monitor to monitor.  However, if for some reason you feel there is a problem with your item, please email me at VanessaKatzArt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue.  If applicable please include an image of the item in your email.

SHIPPING US AND INTERNATIONAL

All items are ready to ship within 2 weeks.  All items are shipped USPS, FedEx or DHL and are estimated to arrive 5-7 days after shipment.  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for international orders to arrive.  This is just an estimate, individual locations may vary.  Any custom duties or charges are the responsibility of the buyer and Vanessa Katz Fine Art takes no responsibility for any charges incurred.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All items larger than 16 x 16" will have the canvas removed from the stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a tube.  All items smaller will be shipped flat in a box. If you prefer your item ships flat without being removed from the wood frame please email me at VanessaKatzArt@gmail.com so that I can quote you a shipping estimate.

Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving countries customs.  Vanessa Katz Fine Art reserves the right to cancel and refund an order due to the difficulty of shipping an item to certain countries.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
